Our electronic processing system makes it easy and straightforward to submit cases to us. However we still offer you a variety of ways to place your business with us including fax and telephone. It's a simple, straightforward 4-step process.

Register online to submit enquiry     An illustration is produced and to help make it easy for we include guidelines on what information and supporting documentation the lender selected will need.     You complete the application form and submit it to Praxis along with supporting documentation asked for.     We confirm receipt and process your application.     We keep you updated on its progress or you can track your case online with our case tracking facility that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To help us help you, please ensure that your Praxis application form is fully completed and accurate.

If an application form is incomplete or incorrect, it can slow down your client's application down. To help us avoid this, please note the following key sections and points:

Sections 1c through to 1h relate to FSA requirements and client advice as we have to be
    sure that all of our intermediaries are registered to submit the type of business, which
    is being applied for.

Please always provide the applicants' full name including any middle name(s), previous
    name(s) or maiden name(s) as if missing it can result in incorrect decisions being made.

If your client is capital raising please provide a full breakdown of how funds will be used
    for example £5,000 for home improvements.

Please ensure that the application form is signed and dated.

Our sales team will indicate what supporting documentation is required for each application,
    alternative these can be printed directly from our website by visiting via our lenders
    section and then clinking on individual lenders logos.
